Support is available to CareConnect users from a wide variety of teams.
The CareConnect support group is available around the clock, 365 days a year to assist users with "how-to" questions and to triage requests for help with problems with CareConnect. Call the group at (310) 267-CARE (2273).
Providers who need help finding an order, with a workflow, or another "how-to" question that's got them stuck in CareConnect, can receive immediate help 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays from specially trained credentialed trainers. Physicians should press "1" after dialing (310) 267-CARE to reach a Provider Support Specialist.
