Given the recent COVID-19 pandemic, many providers are interested in offering scheduled outpatient video visits. For those UCLA providers that have received approval from their clinical leadership to start using video visits, please see our Video Visits page for more information.
Please be aware, Video Visits can be held remotely for Physicians who are unable to be on a device within our network by using CareConnect Remote and Haiku.
When starting a Video Visit, you will be prompted to Handoff to Haiku. Complete the following to prepare your mobile device for this handoff:
Once you’ve completed these steps, you will be ready to take your Video Visit calls remotely!
*Please note using Video Visits remotely will only work on an iOS device and is not compatible with an Android device at this time.
