Cornerstone will host training from CareConnect, HR, CENTER for Nursing Excellence, and CORE and enhances the learning experience at UCLA Health. Which trainings are affected by the Cornerstone migration?
All CareConnect classroom and assigned online trainings will be housed within Cornerstone.
What do I need to get access to Cornerstone?
You will need a Mednet Activate Directory (AD) account.
What if I try to access Cornerstone from an off-site location?
If you try to access Cornerstone from an off-site location, you will be prompted to authenticate through DUO. Make sure you are setup through DUO and confirm the notification when prompted.
I am trying to register my new hire employee for a training but I do not see them under the “Mange Employee Learning” list.
Managers can only see employees that are their direct reports according to the Supervisor Tracking system maintained by Human Resources. You may need to email UCLAHealthHR@mednet.ucla.edu so Supervisor Tracking can be updated with the correct information.
How can someone sign up for trainings through Cornerstone?
Users can sign themselves up for training or managers can assign trainings to their employees.
Why can’t I hear the audio in eLearning when using Safari?
Safari 11 is auto disabling audio by default. Please see the Safari 11 Now Disables Auto-Playing Videos tip sheet for help or call Customer Care at 310-267-CARE (2273).
How can I find information related to a training that was assigned to me?
Log into Cornerstone and click on “My Transcript.” Click on the title of the desired training to view training details.
How can I look up my training history or verify trainings that I have already completed?
Click on the drop down box filter that says “Active” and change it to “Completed.”
Where would I go to schedule a personalization lab?
