eLearnings
We recognize that your first priority is patient care, and we support you 100 percent! myUCLAhealth Bedside can be a valuable tool to engage with our patients so they are partners in their care.
We have created brand-new eLearning lessons to help you use Bedside effectively. The lessons take about nine minutes and show you how to:
- Set up the iPad for a new patient and activate Bedside (this takes just a moment to do)
- Launch a brief video from the iPad that tells patients the value of participating
- Share patient education (including videos) and have patients document their own learning
- Encourage patients to use myUCLAhealth to access education after discharge
The eLearning links are below. Please watch them from a UCLA Health computer.
Once you’ve viewed the elearnings, please complete the my UCLAhealth Bedside Skills Check with a Super User, if possible.
Please note: These eLearnings should be completed by nurses, but also by care partners, who can be valuable partners in engaging with our patients via Bedside.
